Rev. Benjamin Perkins
Grace at the End of the World
This week’s readings: Psalm 103:1-14 and John 1:1-14
Grace is an evocative word. It calls forth notions of kindness, gratitude, forbearance, forgiveness, and the like. For many Christians, the word conjures Saint Paul and his writings, considered by many to be central to our faith–that we are saved through faith. But what does that mean? In my sermon entitled “Grace at the End of the World,” I will take a brief tour through some of the richest aspects of grace to explore how transformational it can be for us as individuals and communities. Come join us!
